Order processing time
In-house processing for standard invitations or announcements is approximately 7 - 14 days after order is placed. This does not include shipping time.
Processing time for wedding invitations is approximately 3 - 4 weeks. This does not include shipping time.
Proofs
Proofs are emailed within 24 - 48 hours after order is placed. Printed proofs are available by mail upon request.
US Orders Only
At this time, parties ink.com ships only within the 50 United States. We do not send orders internationally (including Canada), but we hope to in the future.
Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on your location as well as your type of order. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
• Parties Ink ships Monday - Friday
• We do not ship on the weekends or national holidays
• We do not ship to PO boxes
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, unless special promotion applies.
Pricing
Parties Ink reserves the right to change or update pricing at anytime.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is added to all orders shipped to South Carolina addresses.
Payment options
Payment options include visa, mastercard, or discover.
We also accept personal checks and money orders, although orders will not be shipped until checks have cleared.
Order cancellations & Returns
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once processing has begun and a proof has been emailed and customer approved, no request for cancellation can be accepted.
We encourage you to check the spelling of names and places on your proofs. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for customer errors.
When you receive your product, we encourage you to immediately verify that everything is to your satisfaction. If needed, please call 803.556.3784 with any questions or concerns.

- Thank you notes can be purchased separately and designed to match any invitation.
Information: Collection & Use
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you to complete your order. You must provide contact information (such as name, phone number, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Credit card numbers and expiration dates are processed immediately and are not stored on our computer systems.
Parties Ink does not sell or exchange names or any information you provide us for your invitations.
Choice / Opt Out
If you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication or by emailing us at partiesink@gmail.com.
In addition you can update or correct your information by emailing us at the same address.
